Service Description
Our instructional coaching is designed to be practical, supportive, and deeply tied to your district’s goals. Coaching cycles typically span 6–9 weeks, with each teacher receiving a balance of classroom visits, modeling, co-teaching, and feedback conversations. Teachers can expect: Classroom Observations (20–30 minutes) focused on agreed-upon look-fors Feedback Conversations (15 minutes) using “glows and grows” for clarity and next steps Modeling + Co-Teaching of strategies that align directly to curriculum demands Follow-Up Visits within 1–2 weeks to reinforce progress and celebrate growth By the end of a cycle, teachers will have built confidence in applying curriculum strategies, gained usable techniques for student engagement, and experienced the kind of growth-oriented feedback that builds trust instead of anxiety. Districts see stronger fidelity to curriculum and measurable improvements in classroom practice.
